Topical Retinoids (Retin-A, Differin, Tretinoin, etc.): You must stop using these at least 5 days before your facial waxing service.
Accutane (Isotretinoin): Waxing cannot be performed if you are currently taking Accutane, or for up to 6 months after you finish your treatment.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
